- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build, iterate, and ship new features to enhance the Haystack Hub experience
- Drive software engineering best practices, such as automated testing, cross-browser testing, CI/CD, documentation, and more
- Integrate with our existing FAST API
- 3+ years experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, VueJs/Ember)
- Passion for user experience and design and a deep understanding of front-end architecture
- Experience with building complex/customized UI/UX
- Familiarity with server-side web technologies (eg: Node.js, Python)
- Experience with Git and Docker
- Experience building large-scale products

As a Frontend Engineer (m/f/x) at deepset you will create the UI for our end-to-end search platform Haystack Hub. Haystack Hub allows our users to set up, operate and maintain their search pipelines. The search pipelines are using cutting-edge NLP models building upon the latest research and open-source. This way, we are making knowledge within the data of our clients accessible.
You will get direct feedback from our enterprise clients and iterate quickly through the various stages of a software solution.
Examples: Development of a designer for our search pipelines; Integration of a labeling workflow for fine-tuning NLP models; React package for an easy to integrate a search bar.
